Shadows and Light

Shifting shadows on the sand
creeping, crawling on the ground
silently scrapping like broken nails
towards the light
the ever brightening light

The Light shoots forth
the greens and purples of Gaia
and strew confetti of love
In the fragrant air of Maya;
Envelopes the air

Shadows' form scampers
on walls unknown to man
but slither through waking dreams
evil of words and deeds
created, applied through evil minds

Light shines on in strength
applied by man with angels' might
To outshine ills and evil deeds
to flush out decadence
from the face of the earth

Struggles these two entities
through eons ago
To sit on the throne
of Might
to rule man till Kingdom come.
