Broken love like broken glass.
We pick up the pieces eager to salvage our bond.
Shattered pieces come together to never be the same again.
A love mosaic, retrospective memories tell the story of hearts that no matter how broken, were never meant to be apart.
Shaped by destiny, molded for royalty, our love reigns.
Glass shattered by jealousy, low self esteem, and lack of conviction. Consummated love in its purest form tainted by a detestable world through delectable foes...and so forth.
Here we are, together in parts, as a masterpiece.

Wonderful introspective write and the intricacies of a relationship especially at their worst. I very much appreciate the analogy of a mosaic. A broken and mended heart will forever have fissures and they can still function and be pretty as they heal. Lovely write. H🌷
