What the fuck is this shit?
How the hell is this still happening nowadays?
To protect and to serve is a joke
When they choke and take a man’s life away
Is there no humanity?
How much hatred do they have in their hearts?
They’re so fucking blind and bigoted
That they can kill a man in front of cameras!
Hate hides behind flawed law
With intent to harm and kill then think it’s justified
It’s inhumane and unfeeling
When there is no regard for another human being
I can’t help but feel angry
Furious and outraged at this broken system
It’s appalling that they can do this
Without any sign of regret or remorse
How many more?
How many times?
Where and where?
Who will be next?
Hey world have you heard?
They took yet another man’s dignity
They took his breath
They took his life
They gave him death for no reason
They committed murder
And now the masses will be his voice

I am nauseated, Wally. Infuriated. His attitude was so cocky, and the man was dying. Firing was NOT enough. I hope they are ALL tried for murder, and the sister files a civil lawsuit against all of them.

Hi Ahavati, it's an emotional issue for many of us. A murder was committed on camera, the other cops assisted while one said "it's the drugs".
It's nonsense. These people are not mentally fit to hold these positions and act out of hate and anger. With so many people calling for justice, I'm sure he'll be found guilty of murder.
I'm now hearing that he was involved in another shooting ten years ago and killed someone and has also had several complaints filed against him. Everything is going to come out now.

Right after the Las Vegas shooting, I was in an airport in Texas. I had a long conversation with another traveler and we just couldn't understand it because it just didn't make sense. It's the same with this and the hundreds of times it has happened before.
BTW, it's coming to light that this same cop has killed another individual and has had multiple complaints filed against him. Nonsense.

I had to come back to this because there was new footage released, and I have to say, I simply cannot breathe watching this. Thank goodness even the mayor is calling for murder charges. It was the arrogance of the police officer whose knee was on his neck that got me.

Yes, I saw it too. People around them were yelling at them to get off his neck. He was getting ready to use his pepper spray on them. I hate to say it but it just felt like a modern day lynching. It's terrible.
I fear that the next time this happens people will rush in to help, but have a mob mentality. It'll be a mess

I think that's what made the strongest impression on me ( not the same but similar to the looters who were caught on phone cameras running about the stores ). It was the arrogance, despite the world watching.

Thanks Johnny. I was a senior in high school during the LA riots and watched the city I grew up in burn when many took to the streets. It's happening again, people are angry but rioting won't really help. In the long run it'll take a lot of kindness to help heal this nation torn about by left and right extremes.
We'll see what happens in the next couple of weeks, but if justice is not brought for this man's death it might just get worse.
Let's hope for the bet. Be safe out there.

What some have noticed in the video of this incident, as in other videos similar, the bystanders can be heard trying to descalate the situation. Consequently, they act more like officers of the peace than the police themselves.

It's tough to watch because you know if people intervened they would have suffered a similar fate. But these individuals had no morals or concern for life, I really hope justice is served.
