I think it’s natural to question where we belong, especially during times of trial. “You’re right where you belong” is a simple answer to a sometimes complex question. Maybe you’ll find it, maybe you won’t. But as long as you are asking, you should never stop looking.

I really love art work. You truly are a gifted and talented artist! Here’s my analysis, ‘here’ is escaping you nevause growth is happening. Once we open ourselves up to change, we can’t ever truly go back to what was before. We can’t unknow, unsee, undo, etc. but be patient, a new here will form and you’ll settle in. Or you can always take my direct approach to life... forget about wondering where you belong, just decide where you want to be, and fiercely get yourself there....

Deep question - and most answers feel like unsatisfying platitudes to me. I think I belong in the in-between, on the fence... it's neither here nor there, and it's rarely comfortable, but it's mine so it'll have to do.

Or maybe that's just my current mood.

Good morning H

I think I had 2 1/2 fingers last night of Woodford Reserve Double Oaked.  That's a new one for me.  Very different from the others.
Almost sweet but earthy in a sense too.  Complex flavor distribution.  I'm not quite sure how to describe it but it's nicely drinkable.  Not cheap but as we know cheap liquor gets you an extensive hangover.  That's a no go at my age.

What's new upstate ?  Hope you and Mr. H are staying out of trouble.
