Limerick Ode To TODSKI
There once was a poet called Todski
whose mind was as quick as a jet-ski
opinions on crack
would take nothing back
no prisoners taken, no mercy
It's funny the people you miss
like Todski taking the piss
he was always upfront
and up for the hunt
my opinions usually dismissed
Todski to me was a prick
I'm sure he thought me a dick
personalities clashed
we mutually bashed
and got on each other's wick
Honest and straight to the point
his anger did not disappoint
would stick to his gun
and never would run
not even while smoking a joint
Todski was right in your face
at least he was not a disgrace
others hide in their lies
it's the truth they despise
like cowards their easily chased

Author's Note
I have a sneaking admiration for a member who has left the site (Todski). We clashed swords many times, even some times it got messy. However he was at least honest in his opinion, forthright and antagonising. But I would rather have that than cowards hiding under a veil of lies and bullshit.

in the end they both had a laugh about it... I loved his style ❤

Oh brother - Todd & I used to converse a lot back in the day - hours & hours. He brought up a lot of personal stuff. Your limerick set got my memories flowing like a sudden rush from a glacier as it starts busting up.
I’ve alwsys loved limericks, never needed to learn how, I grew up hearing them spoken aloud during family gatherings... they’d sound like sea shanties. So for you, one I just wrote for a treat a few minutes ago. Btw, we had our ups & downs all the time, like the two of you did:

Just seen this. I was very fond of Todski. Something of the morally immoral of him - if that makes vaguest sense? Probably not.
