When Amaterasu and Tsukiyomi dance

You saw the whole of the moon
shielded behind blackened walls
and obsidean towers

Is it so strange then that You
are the feminine Sol
and I the luna masculine

You the welcoming committee
for the early birds
those arriving with the dawns dew drops
I that beacon of light
guiding the late stragglers
through the frost of the night

Dance with me dearest one
dance with me today
for tonight we are
the masters of time

Those that play(ed) the illuminaries
