on the move to and fro'
never really slowing down,
just rushing around
to reach that next destination,
no hesitation only frustration
filling the minds as we all try to find
some happiness in this crappy mess
which we've made and can't evade..
but its never too late
to make this life great,
to turn it around,
to unleash the love
and let it surround us all
even when we fall flat on our faces..
we must not forget,
we can't allow the feelings
 to freak us out,
just feel it out, don't whine and pout
conserve your energy
and do as the Beatles did,
 "twist and shout"
