Aloha🌸

I call it a feeling I get.
When gentle tide rolls in a sprawl,
And the late burnished sun will set
As the last of summer stars fall.

The songs that strum aloha, sway.
I call it a feeling I get,
With a soft sigh from off the bay,
And voices of lovers I’ve met.

With their words saying no regret,
While I watch, I listen and sing.
I call it a feeling I get,
Of sweet memories that they bring.

In the sky, I hear over me,
It’s love coming home on a jet.
I cast my longing out to sea,
I call it a feeling I get.
