Image for the poem Tamer

On a unicycle there’s a rodeo
wild Angel transforms as a beast tamer
the savage unleashed creature under her crotch
Roaring with towering rages
Not sure how she could have steered such
After a few tumbles and falls
She could ride it to juggle
Instead of throwing bottles and bowls
She races with shifting winds
She catches flying butterflies
Even rides it to the English class
What she can do with the beast
more than an acrobat does
The bravery, the stamina
all shown on her pure and innocent face
Thanks to her
I could have had such excitement in my life
I am proud of you, Angel
