You Opened My Eye’s
such blessings you’ve bestowed upon my life
even when I walk down long dark hallways
avoiding to look towards your light of luv
so many times I’ve looked into fiery eyes of satan
not caring the punishment sin would bring
or how black this purple heart could feel
I’ve prayed so many times for You to show me
open my eyes to see the glory in life
as it is You that gives me my every breath
I realize now that I’ve wasted time
searching for what You have already given me
closed my heart to simple blessings wanting more
so beautiful is my purple world seeing thru new eyes
You have come closer to me thru patience
allowed me to be miserable thinking I was seeking peace
now I’ve found smiles in blessing I couldn’t feel before
my path got far away with darkness creeping into my heart
You gently took my hand leading me out of turmoil
my soul is forever yours my Lord ~ thank you for saving me!

Hey CS......”payment”......when Christ died on the cross that was the only payment needed.......all we need to do is except Him as our Lord and Savour.....call upon His name to come into our hearts......to cleanse our sins.......your souls is forever in His hands. Hey Crow.......I wasn’t always looking they open eyes.......more like glazed over to truth of my life.......thankfully having souls in my life that speak to me in truth and me listening then looking to God for answers......I found my way back to me......thank you my dear friend.......honored by the RL add on.......purple luv & hugs xo :)
