As Hell Burns , By Question Learns Or Mind Screw Turns ,
Shall It Be Laughter Ever After , Or Some Face So Stern ?
Some Wear Brain Chains And The Yoke , Some See The Joke ,
Some Find The Way Out Inside , Some Commit Suicide ,
I Just Got On The Bus With The Rest Of Us , Along For The Ride !

were "early teachers" of mine , and I
did travel on many a crazy hippie bus
in my twenties , and learned much about life !

Oh , the Wild Times on the old Green Tortoise !
Pot smoking , dropping acid , lovemaking in the back
on huge matresses , drinking beers , stopping in out
of the way places , skinny dipping in lakes with a bus
load of other strange folks...yeah...I miss it !
