I can see deep inside
I can see the pain in your eyes
I can see your heart bleed lies
I fear for you
I'm hear for you
I can hear the inside cries I wanna die
I can hear a frog in your throught whispering cries
I can hear the voice that wishes to fly
I fear for you
I'm hear for you
I will listen if I can
I will cry for you and hold your hand
I will be here for you until the day I can't
I will pray for you and hope you understand

So what makes this interesting to me, is you take a
common English phrase,
"I'm here for you"
which if you think about it, what does it really mean?
I'm here,
for you.
OK, then you have a new twist, that you could say means:
I'm hearing,
for you.
... which means that you will lend an ear for a special person, that you will listen to them. and listening to a person is just as important or more, than 'being there' for the person.
So that is how I saw your poem, when you said,
I'm hear for you.
I then saw it when you did use 'here' as a way to blend the original
common English phrase,
"I'm here for you"
