I am a beginner poet, been righting for a few years now. I can say my poetry is not the greatest with punctuation and some wording, but I'm hoping to learn from other poetry and experienced poets, please enjoy reading my poetry

Dress
Just a little funny poem I put together
So hot outside, no pants, no t shirt
Just a dress and some shorts,
I'm a little chubby and a whole lotta harry but who really cares.
I guess a lot of people apparently,
It's so hot, I dont care if they stare.
My leg hairs are way beyond stubble and my under pits need brushed.
I'm starting to look, a whole lot like, some kind of hairy beast.
It's so very hot, my dress is barely at my knees, if they stare, I will not care.
It's hot and I am not wearing pants and and a T. Because you will see I will...

Speak to the stars
When I'm troubled, worried or scared I speak to the stars, wishing you were here I pray, thanking Jesus every day for the great grandparents who have passed away, and for my grandparents who live today. For the gift of love I saw threw there flesh, the power above I saw threw them.
The stars remind me of my past the beautiful ones that loved me and gave me that past.

Dark side struggle
I've lived in the dark side
Delt with the pain inside
Raging against life
Dealing with the world's blank side
Darkened world raged inside
Crushing my spirit inside
I've released the rage inside
Emotianaly crushed,
Forgetting the real reason for life.
I had to escape, escape the dark inside
Escape to praise for a better life.
Praying daily for my sins
Praysing everyday for everyblessing
Waking everyday thanking God for the vision of sight
Thanking him for my spirit inside
Shaking satin, scaring...

Thisle within
I am a human stuck within the thisle of the world,
In the midst of the fog, trapped within the vines, pulled to the ground,
Emotianaly beaten down.
Giving up hope that there is no place for me to go
I gave up hope, back in twenty sixteen
Feeling trapped within a black berry forest in the fog.
Surrounded by unfaithful humans,
Giving in to the real world
Trying my hardest to blend in.
But then,
Breaking out of the thisle
To escape to a greater place,
To thrive to live a new life,
Gaining strength in the middle of twenty...

Dafodile
Dafodile a flower in the rain that kises the ground on a stormy day
Then enlightened standing firm to gaze apon the open sky,
Catching the warmth from the Sun's bright light.
Perfumed with beauty the sent and aroma
Lasting threw the springs cloudy days
To go dormant threw summers blaze,
Hibernate threw falls colorful days
Sleep threw Christmas eve, new years eve and most of January's darkest days
To sprout threw the soil and start a new life
Soon the dafodile will regrow.

I look into your eyes
I can see the gift of life
You are my tree of life
My meteorite in the sky
Tell me if I've said to much
Your eyes burn bright like the stars in the night sky causing a meteor to fly by
The amazing beauty of galaxies sparkles in your eyes
Your hearts as big as Jupiter the largest planet in the sky

Labor day
When I was in labor
I feared the worst
My baby wasn't ready
Yet running low on fluid
They stuck me with needles
Hooked me on a machine
Tried to force your delivery
Sent me in agganee
Rushed me into surgery
Sitting me on a high bed
Doctors sticking needles in my back trying to do a spinal tap
My body was jittery
Unseccesful they lie me on my back
Couunt to 10 I only remember number 6
As I awoke

Together forever
Me and you
Make the greatest 2,
Without you I would be nothing more than a crude.
We together forever
Our bond is pure,
Your love is my cure.
My mind was trapped
Caused by realities stress.
You eased my mind,
Stress became my enemy
Sometimes trying to over come me,
But the love of you and me
Will always be

Keeping my heart and mind at ease
For you GOD are my eternal need.

The life of a tree
Planted from a seed
Under the dirt growing slowly
Sprouting pushing threw the soil
Little leaf starting from a seed
Growing month by month
day by day
Branch by branch

Some with flowers some evergreen
Growing tall producing shade for summer heat

at the alter
I’m standing at the Alter,
Nervous as can be.
Making sure my bows just right, my suits not to tight,
I check my boots, to make sure everything’s alright.
As I look up, I can see my beautiful bride smiling and happy as can be.
You can tell she is just as nervous as me,
Her gown shines bright like snow in the crystal moon light.
Her bouquet of rose blossoms are as vibrant as the sun.
Her smile is as beautiful as a newborn child, as her father walks her down the aisle.
