I Wear You Well
As I stand here thinking about the previous night
Dreaming, sad not knowing which way to turn
To shower, to cry, to love with all my might?
All I can see is all of you
All I can hear is your beautiful voice
All I can smell is your scent to woo.
The smell and ache for every moment as it has passed
Of our love, our time to enjoy
Each other and to make it last.
I wear you well
Your scent, the complexity of your nature
My heart is good as it holds no pretense or lies that one may tell.
You are a good man who needs love
You are worthy, true and kind
Let me show you my mind, hold you, make you the king of.
The castle of my heart
Not knowing if you will ever come back
Afraid of giving you full but not wanting to give you part.
I love you. All of you for all of me
Thank you because I wear you well
Respectfully, lovingly and wholly.
