Money Over Anything
I need money and I need it now!
rings a melody all night long
Money makes the world go round
and the world keeps sings this same damn song
Up the ladder just a bit
Thats all I need to get chips and dip
I LOVE MY JOB, just doesn't pay enough
I really do but I guess I ain't taxed enough
A little here, a little there
I'm starving here
I second guess those healthy meals
for the cheapy deals but is it worth still?
Barely making teacher wages
I thought I made it
until gentrification
Upgraded, cheaply made it ...

Generous love
Passionate for me
Nothing in return
My presence noticed
Calls on to me
It feels good
I've cried for you
where have you been
In the beginning-end
I can't fathom without
Waiting patiently for you
I'm eager, yet sad
I almost believe in you
Come across me soon
Are you somewhere near-dear
Have you been steering clear
Alignment of you and I
Explosions I can imagine vividly
That's how were meant too
I see us as one
I think you believe too
To get you to see it ...
Passionate for me
Nothing in return

Awaken the Beast
I'm afraid to be left a lone
to dwell in tombs of fallacy
Sit there, take it in, over and over again
Doing nothing almost seems so cowardly
If not do nothing make things worse
Doing something takes ten times the work
But hey that's how this things called life works

So Long My King
I should have loved you better
treated you like the King
because the Queen you saw me
I could have had everything
The house, the ring, the family
I messed it all up so carelessly
What was wrong with me
You was a King, and to me
I waited too late to appreciate you
And now you want nothing to do with me
It hurts, knowing you moved on
I feel I'll never find someone like you again
You loved
And I taken, gave nothing in return
I've learned to love and cherish
and I'll try to wish you the best in...

Sunken Skin
Up against my brown skin
Idk where the pain begins
Underneath this brown skin
Look into my eyes
I can see the darkness within
thats because my eyes don't lie
I heart,
I feel you somewhere deep in
but I can't control the emptiness
It flutters, beats, life inside
I'm a walking corpse
I'm carrying extra weight
Pulls my flesh from the inside
If only my insides matched my outsides
chest stabs and backstabs
Replayed memories
battle conscious thoughts
past still corrupting my...

Kills your confidence
questioning yourself
seeing what you want to see
unnecessary to feel pretty
Resentment hurts the soul
peals away the layers
leaving you bare
yet always we must care
Envy separates people
different seen as perpetration
expected to walk the same stride
instead, respect individuality with pride
Animosity harms our very being
inside you bleed for help
no one changes the way you feel
forgiveness helps heal
Pettiness offers no real winners
