I feel your loneliness as if it were my own    
you hunger    
& my stomach growls    
with pains so sharp    
i'm doubled over recoiling from it    
    
we are two halves of the same whole    
you are the sunshine I am the storm    
westerly winds blew you to me    
I just wait for you to appear at the door    
    
when fate knocks will I refuse to answer?

my door is locked & i'm afraid to open    
what if it's actually death come to claim me

new sights & faces    
frighten the me that is buried in you

I know this will end as it should    
my prayer is to the Goddess
