I'm Free!

What are bars but silver jewels
an accent to the face of hope
No sentence
I am free here, in a verse
carried away by a wrinkled page
Glittered by a tear
I'm no prisoner
I've been free,
to dance when the lights are out.
In a borrowed bed, springs in my back
But I find a way to smile in my sleep
Wake, to the sun reaching out the window
reminding me a warmth within' exist
What are 4 walls, but a box
I am a gift!
