Guns is not the Problem.- Shooters are.
Race is not the Problem- Racists Are.
Tribe is not The Problem - Tribalist Are.
Cult is not the problem - Cultists are.
Politics is not the problem - Politicians are.
Leadership is not the problem - Leaders are.
Sin is not the problem - Sinners are.
Love is not the problem - Lovers are.
Alcohol is not the Problem - Drunkards are.
Prostitution is not the problem - Prostitutes are.
Fraud is not the problem - Fraudsters are.
Drugs is not the problem - Addicts are.
