Lovers arrow

I could feel it again
The pulse like an arrow shot throw my chest
It pushed me backwards
And threw me off my feet
Brought me to my knees
And swelled up inside

Should I pull the arrow out?
Id bleed to death
But the pain of with holding it
With in my chest cavity
Was swallowing my nerves
leaving me paralyzed

Shaking I put my hand to my heart
Forced it through my skin
And held the cherry jewel
Shimmering like diamonds
But melting like tar
It was mine

I took a deep breath
Held my eyes tight
Ripped the arrow from my chest
and thrust it into the jewel
Shattering at the tips of my nails
I let out a whimper

It's finally done
I wont have to feel it anymore
To be shot by a lovers arrow
Face first I land to the dirt
Oozing out what was left of me
