Invisible

  I'm standing outside your window in the pouring rain. Holding my heart I wish to be near you while you sleep.
 I stand over you at your bedside. When I touch your shoulder you sit up straight with a jult.
 Who's there, is what you ask. I whisper its only me my love, I'm here...

Again you question the night for an answer. I speak louder, Its me.
 You only return to your position. I lay beside you and you sit up again.
Whats wrong? with no reply has me wondering. I try to touch your face and thats when it happened.

Suddenly I was watching myself walk along the roadside. I remember this I
was walking to your house, and then I, .....I, What happened I can't remember.
I continue to watch myself. A passing truck loses controle behind me but I cant hear it over the music in my ears.
 In slow motion the truck flips again, and again. I try to push myself out of the way but I slip right through me.

Its to late, the truck hits me breaking bones and causing internal bleeding, as well as brain swelling.
The truck keeps rolling but the world is silent. I run to my side and can't do anything.
 Before I die, I say out loud, I love you. I watch myself exhale the last time and I warp back into your room over your bedside.
You begin crying and calling my name. I died. I smother myself in your empty arms but you don't see me. I grip tighter, you pause.
 I begin screaming can you hear me? For a moment you look at me, no... you look through me at my picture on the wall.
 I'm with you and your alone.
 
How do i make you see me? I scream louder in your ear, your tears are proof that your mind can hear me.
 I'll write in your thought whats written in my heart.
I'll be here forever my love. By your side is ware i belong. I'll be your guardian angel forever. I know you know I'm hear.
 We will be joined again in the after life. I won't always be invisible.
