I know who you are, i know the things you do...
All your secrets and lies, you know I see right through...
I've seen under your mask, your colors shining true...
I've been under your thumb, been under your foot too...
Why can't I let go,
I can only sink so low,
Will I ever tell you no,
You're killing me so slow!
How can I get free,

Your Light
Storms raging all around me,
Darkness seeps in and consumes me,
Trying to overwhelm and drown me,
I kick and scream as it attempts to kill me.
I don't know if I can keep up the fight,
I push and shove with all my might,
I am trying and trying to make it right,
But baby, I just really need your light.
No one shines as brightly as you,
No one loves me quite like you do,
No one compares to my Love, its true,
Baby the only light I need is you.
The sun, moon, and stars you've outshined,
I am so lucky...

Terribly Beautiful
Like flames licking back and forth lulling you to sleep, taking you on a journey that is beautiful. The same flames can rage and roar, destroying everything it touches.
Like the ocean, with the tide coming in and out whispering to you things that are beautiful. The same ocean can drag you from shore and fill your lungs leaving you to sink into darkness.
Like the sun shining down on you so bright, filling your days with warmth that feels beautiful. That same sun can scorch and burn your skin leaving you blistered and raw.

To Have And To Hold
The day of our wedding was the happiest of my life... little did I know, the worst was yet to come.
The first red flag was on our honeymoon where you grabbed my wrist way too tight and told me that you’re just so relieved to finally have me forever. I wrote it off as passion but, It only went down hill from there.
I remember the first time you hit me. But of course it was my fault, I just made you so angry and I should have known better.

My Apocalypse
There's blood on my hands, and I know it's too late
As the shadows creep in I accept my fate.
Feeling defeated and exhausted I look into the night
The moon and the stars are my only light.
My sky is falling and I stand alone
I'm not afraid for everything I love is gone.
Fire and ice begin to fall down around me
The earth quakes and splits below me.
Buildings explode and planes are crashing
And in the dark teeth are gnashing.
My hair, wet with sweat, turned white with ashes
I'm covered in blood from my body...
As the shadows creep in I accept my fate.

If given the chance I'd give him my everyday.
