POEMS AND SHORT STORIES
Poet Introduction
I am not a poet. Words have expressed themselves through me all my life but in an organic way. They are telling me something about the connectivity of language and consciousness that may not mean anything to anybody else.
Etched Out
Sometimes I've nothing to say
People leave me speechless
Showing me how heartless
They are
Not to be judgemental
But as a simple example
Abortion is a huge industry
I wonder how that happened
Now, there are unborn every minute
Or
Let's just add
Satanism is rampant
People leave me hopeless
Seeing how ruthless
They are
Not fit to live among us
So times change
People leave
To
Rearrange
Me standing
With nothing left to say
At the end
Of my one act play
People leave me speechless
Showing me how heartless
They are
Not to be judgemental
But as a simple example
Abortion is a huge industry

Now, there are unborn every minute

People leave me hopeless

With nothing left to say

Picture figments
Of imagination
Fixture pigments
Between white and black
Let's cut each other some slack
You know
There's no going back
To where we are from
An art form
A sudden storm
Framed by suspicion
Preconceived
As a condition
Meeting between
A false partition
Of imagination
Fixture pigments
Between white and black
Let's cut each other some slack
You know
There's no going back
To where we are from
An art form

Framed by suspicion

Let me stop here for a bit
Take my mind off of things
Put my feet up
Before being chased off
By some short sighted sap
Who doesn't understand the benefits
Of having me around
Ah, to bask in the Sun
To feel at one
With the Universe
As he waves a stick at me
This lonely figure
Doesn't understand
I would make a good meal
Spin me if you wish
In a centrifuge
My head keeps up
With your racy pace
I come out thinking
Before you
Space
Sure, I take over your garden
So what I...

Menemy
I just clashed in cyber space
While in full scale down
Can't remember what he called me
Which is why I saved it
You don't want me to read it back
Nor do I want to patronize
Poor fellow
In a gray life
No color
Lurks his bulk
Toward hate
Taking it out on me
I could see what he was talking about
As he confused himself
With me
Super imposing
His kingdom
Over mine
Listen
My sword glistens
My word will
My heart hastens
To stand still
Then
Listen
Only then
I will slice...

Bene fits
Death as a cash cow
Everywhere death
Under the gun
Under your breath
Make money death
Make it funny
Let us select
From your menu
Aortic ascending aneurysm
For example
Quick and easy
An excellent natural event
Just keep drinking
If you overspent
I'll lend you my sinking feeling
While reading that topic
Of cancer
No promise
In what meridian
Am I in Paris
With no other choice
No mate,
Let's slow down as we enter the gate
Where death is manufactured
In a lab
I might as well...

Given the Appearance
I sit all day and meditate
Some say I'm catatonic
As I won't speak to them
I can't
I'm meditating
They wave and shout
Although I hear them
I can't come out
Third eye closed open on soft omm
At least until after they've gone
Because then I can go to bed
After sitting here all day
Meditating
Not catatonic

Hey
Stoke the fire
Heat some beans
Put them in a hot sauce
I got something to say
Today is my last day
To make you go away
Or I'll be here to stay
And you'll feel forced
Into disarray
Just as your mind slips
Your pig spits
Your arm pits
Biceps and triceps
Against all odds
Which I still find funny
So I'll stick around
Keep my nose to the grindstone
Making ground
As the cattle heard
They could only take my word for it
Which is when I didn't make a sound

Knock Knock
Some let waves crash upon the sure
Some crave knowledge of what they already know
Some still drink at water holes to be as pure
As we can make of it
You know, the water metaphor
Not to be mixed
An I forgets
Nixed
Going forward with no regrets
And all bets are off
When push comes to shove
My heart is filled with love
Where did you go people?
Into the insane
Another probe
Of some mind game
Slow and steady
Along long Memory Lane
Some crave knowledge of what they already know
Some still drink at water holes to be as pure
As we can make of it
You know, the water metaphor
Not to be mixed

I'm sitting to the left of common sense
Although this may come at great expense
As common sense is right of right
From an opposite perspective
Where right opposite left
Lies eyes
Which puts me somewhere
In the middle
Of a midnight dribble
But I can hold me own
As I see them
For what they are
In this plight
Without Moonlight
I remain invisible
Will to become
Invincible
Brave
In the face of fear
Is it tear or tear
That brings us near
To some beginning
As I see it ...

The Knowledge Paradox
Chapter 1. Discovery
Nat King Dread opens Locks to the Immediate
He can see what all the fuss is about
Now would never be the same
Prophecy flows coupled in phases of rampant revelation
Diluting concern with torrential misoneism
Out of sight and completely out of MIND
Dashing to blazes to influence the outcome
Nat jockeys jocularity by jettison jest planes
"Listen," Nat watched his inner vision, "nothingness is stable."
"Adjust your Parity Ambulators," instructs Ethyl Methylred
Each time she spoke she came into view
"Mortality is...

Trip Guilt Wire
When Truth hurts
All the time
You can imagine
The crime
For which you are charged
By offering
An honest opinion
Not mine per se
But an honest one
Even if I'm in the way
As you close in
On yourself
Systems believe
The brain deceives
Truth and honesty are not the same
Sunny inside
Outside raining
Windows fog down
You court laws
Your Honor
Why is it me
They are blaming?
All the time
You can imagine
The crime
For which you are charged
By offering
An honest opinion
Not mine per se
But an honest one
Even if I'm in the way
As you close in
On yourself
Systems believe
The brain deceives

Outside raining
Windows fog down

Tune In
Well I've tried to get through
To you
While you tried to get through to me
Extemperaneous gadgets notwithstanding
I've got to hand it to you
You wanted to fail and you did
Leaving skidmarks of evidence
On the torn tar
And a broken fence
From afar
Hence
We shall be mended
When our stars meet
You like yours on the rocks
I like mine neat
To you
While you tried to get through to me
Extemperaneous gadgets notwithstanding
I've got to hand it to you
You wanted to fail and you did
Leaving skidmarks of evidence
On the torn tar
And a broken fence
From afar
