State of Today
Wicked winds blow
As the earth shakes and trembles
Volcanoes glow
With dancing demonic angels
The ocean rises under the pressure of the moon
Whales beach themselves, welcoming death soon
Birds with flaws are our demise
The ones that walk and cannot fly
Sweet blooms on strawberry vines
Created in laboratories and tainted wines
Killer bees infiltrate from state to state
Swarming under Queen bee’s command
So full of hate!
The Amazon will find its end
Scientists received notice...

Bitterness runs through his arrogant veins
So he chose to push his own daughter away
She's drawing a world where hope remains
And her father chose to love instead of decay

Another lover of words and slang
There’s no going back to handjobs
Falling short of a sonic gang-bang
Her love aches the tension throbs
We are both believers in foreplay
Syncopated tongues paint delight

Tormented soul in need of sleep
Bloodshot eyes beginning to itch
Broken promises often turn deep
A secret buried in a shallow ditch
Time has caged this lonely beast
Made him the shell he’s become
Stripped him bare before the feast

Dinner is War
I have received the order
It is up to me whether to accept the mission or not
I have never backed down from a challenge
Bandana in place
Knives sharpened
There is only one possible outcome
I take no prisoners
Dinner is War!
3 hours later
Flour-streaked cheeks
Oil splattered across the walls
Pots and dishes a Mile High
Civilians duck for cover
Culminate in victory
Dinner is Served!

Tragic events damage hearts that care
There’s a light shining from high above

Underground tunnels hide sin from sight

DUP closing
For those who don't go on the forums, it was announced that DUP will be shutting down for good on May 12th. So get your copies of your writes! And yes, by all means save at least 20 of your favorites that you consider your best effort. They will be your building blocks to continue with your next landing site.

Fading Away Our Love (collab with Vision of Insanity)
I knew the end
Before it has started
A cold wind
Freezes my heart
And the pain tears us apart
Always weeping
inside my chest
I had to tell him
I couldn't string this along
Our two hearts were once one
Now only emptiness
I call home
Our time will fade
The end of all today
A blackened sun
Shines my next day
As the stars come out
I want to be with you
But the next day
Realization shows through
We were no good together
You know this to be true
Nothing harder ...
Before it has started

Play A Fool
Close my eyes right before the impact
Stray bullets masked as fake applause
Through all the pain my soul still intact
Fuck being perfect I embrace my flaws
Takes more imagination than I possess
To pretend their intentions aren’t cruel
Instead of knowing they made a guess
