Don't Forget To...
It has finally arrived!
The day that was made special for me.
Today, I will get my time to shine!
Yippee!
Oh, but remember the lessons -
Don't forget to smile,
As the smile shows joy.
Don't forget to standup straight,
You can't show teeth if your mouth is facing the ground.
Don't forget to make eye contact,
Give your pearly whites a target.
Don't make too much eye contact,
That's creepy!
Don't forget to approach slowly,
True beauty needs time for reflection.
Don't forget to check the breath,
(I still don't know why this rule isn't first).
Don't forget to stop thinking,
Disregard that last distraction.

Hello kedarbullock. Perhaps you were a little confused or just working out how the site works to start with. This is an audio / video competition, my dear. If you would like to enter this perhaps you would consider adding spoken word to your respective entry.

Hello.
There has been a slight clerical error, and for this, we apologise.
We have accidentally awarded the runner up trophy to Rowantree by mistake in a slip of the hand, and as you can see, Rowantree did not submit a poem to this competition.
The correct runner up should be Crimsin to replace Rowantree.
We have contacted the webmiss to rectify this situation as soon as possible, and we thank you for your patience and understanding.
