When we cant trust the way we feel.
For 36 years,
It now appears,
The dream became a fear.
The seraphims song is wrong again
When we hate the hearts of man
Then a haunted hymn of hopeless dispare
Sounds like songs of the soul to our unclear ear.

Cool breeze can't ya see Im on a journey of three to achieve the MC but In disbelief I see the sad scene
Mainstream MCs now just a dream
Whatever happened ta rocking the mic

Corporate emotion, one day devotion
I know it's late
And past the date
But just one day
To celebrate?
Seems kinda lame
So here's what I say
We gotta show our love
Every single day
The celebration isn't
Only for holidays
So
A gift of words
That I know are true
There's no mother
In the world
Quite like you.
I wanna thank you for
All the things that you've done
For helping shape
The man that I've become
Coz here's a little something
That you may not know
You can't raise a good child
If you've got a bad soul!!
And past the date

I wanna take the time to write a new rhyme
About the kinda things that I find
Near and dear to my own heart
For I love many different kinds of art
But where to begin? The list is so long
Maybe this'll be another Soulflo song
So a scoob-a-de-doo and a scee-ba-de-de
Just shuffle your feet and dance to the beat
Or if ya don't wanna get outta your seat

Secret Stagnation
Look at this sad state of affairs
An empty wig sitting down in the kings chair
No one person has all the answers
The universe or heaven? Let's say upstairs
Whatever's up there laughing at us down here
How long since the human race first appeared
Two hundred and fifty thousand odd years!
After all this time we still are trapped here?
Trancendence is waiting for us out there!
we'll never know the depths of our soul
If we don't change we'll stay on this Earth alone
Maybe that's the reason we still can't advance ...

Something Happened Strange
With the rising sun something happened I couldn't comprehend
I met a peculiar old man
That claimed he was my friend
He told me things he couldn't have known my mother's name and my father's home but that was many years ago
I can't remember the words he spoke
Save one phrase in my mind still sown
"If time could be written it's a palindrome"
Where I came from is a different state
No one but my wife knows these things
But as I looked at the sorrow on his face
memories he spoke it wasn't craze or age in my life I had seen him not once...

We can get lost inside of our thoughts
But after a time our mind will be forced
To make a choice and find our voice
Or be trapped forever inside of the void
A question
A lesson
Unutterable message
Suppress the intention
Percentage position
Submission or wishes
Your decision is precious
Incense the essence
Or suffer suppression
Personas regression
The lesson: a mission
Control your conclusion
Intrepid decision
Precision intrusion
A confused illusion
To stifle succession ...

The queen is in tears
The country controlled
The traitor spreads fear
The prophecy tells
Of the coming of one
Who will save the land
When the night shows the sun
But prophecies sometimes
Can spread a false sooth
Coz the hero has failed
In his quest for the truth
now night eternal
Has fallen on us
The hero has died
there's no one to trust
And sorrow falls
On this mystical land
The dark god was born
The world is now damned
So listen ye all
To this pitiful prose ...

there is a transparent teacher in class at school
Tryin to learn but we can't see you
they make the rules while were told not to choose
stuck up shit creek in the ship of fools
our invisible instructor constructs what's put asunder
a blunder perhaps as they plunder the wonder
