Yousef Alfil is a 22-year-old Malawian poet, born on April 28, 2002, in Blantyre Malawi. He has gained recognition for his thought-provoking and emotionally charged poetry, which explores themes of love, life, and sometimes spirituality. Alfil's poetry has been featured on various platforms, including AllPoetry and Underground Poetry, where he has shared over 20 poems: "A Born Again", "I Was...", "Serenade", and "To You Love". This marks a remarkable achievement in the poetry industry. Recently, Alfil published his debut chapbook, "It's Godly", a collection of 20 poems, including "Mangochi" and "Sigere". The book advertisement was aired on Times TV and radio, as well as the famous social media platform, Mikozi Network. Through his poetry, Alfil aims to inspire and connect with others.
