The Legend of Relámpago
I’m going to tell you a story about a masked avenger,
Faster than Zorro and more agile than a luchador,
He fought for those who couldn’t defend themselves,
I’m talking about the one and only – Relámpago!
He had been a lawyer and a local sheriff,
In a small quaint town just north of Mexico,
And one day after the mafia couldn’t buy him,
They killed his family with one harsh blow.
His family’s funeral took place on a rainy day,
Even then the mafia would still not let go,
He was attacked in the middle of their burial,
And left for...

Slaughter
Israel
Led by its dictator
Benjamin Netanyahu
Commiting crimes against humanity
Israeli troops
Now slaughtering
Starving Palestinians
Around aid convoys
Whilst also destroying
The infra structure of Palestine
Netanyahu is a monster
And that back him
Like Biden, and Sunak
Are supporting a genocide
A slaughter of the innocent
Whilst Europe
Are still buying Russian oil
Transferred onto neutral ships

Rouge
I got out of bed around two
And walked naked to the bathroom
I turned on the shower too hot
And underneath the stream
My skin turned fiery
I just didn’t want to be blue anymore

The Hurting Kind
I wish I didn’t have to hurt you
To escape the way you hurt me
But the world will keep spinning
I wish you all the best
To escape the way you hurt me
But the world will keep spinning
I wish you all the best

UNLESS and UNTIL
I have again awaken alone
within my cold, lonely bedsheets
where only one side is disturbed
and only by my sexless sleep
I long for you to not only wrinkle
my sheets, but to leave my bed
and me sweaty and a hot tangled
mess
I want to awaken blissfully sore,
sleepy and satisfied with echoes
of ecstasy lingering in my bed and
on my body, within me
I wish to be your first good morning and your last good
night and every good dream
inbetween
But yet, I awaken alone again
Until, you want...

Combat
Every night I walked through the door
Your combat boots would trip me
And I would quietly move them
So your combat hands wouldn’t hit me
In the morning you’d lace them up
Stomping dirt around the floor
And I would tiptoe sweeping behind
The mess you trudged but blamed me for
When you left I’d release my breathe
Your heavy footsteps rattled by bones
And I would still creep on my bare feet
Because our house remained a war zone
Your combat boots would trip me
And I would quietly move them
So your combat hands wouldn’t hit me
In the morning you’d lace them up
Stomping dirt around the floor
And I would tiptoe sweeping behind
The mess you trudged but blamed me for
When you left I’d release my breathe
Your heavy footsteps rattled by bones
And I would still creep on my bare feet
Because our house remained a war zone

every common man
a sonnet
“The test of our progress is not whether we add more to the
abundance of those who have much; it is whether we provide
enough for those who have too little.”—Franklin D. Roosevelt
i envy not the poor man in his crypt,
nor crave red wine the opulent have sipped.
though crawl i not, like some do, in the dust,
my liberty no passport so unjust
to render them the lowest of the low.
when winds of fortune on some orchards blow,
their harvests mock the destitute who begs,

The Other America
Blacks here live in places like N'awlins, B-more and Chiraq
where hard working people have to watch their back
Because from both the cops and criminals we are under attack
and the courts will not cut us any slack
Our country is divided by an ethic, religious or political wall
in order to survive my people climb mts. that are Everest tall
We live on a social-ecomonic isthmus
Where crimes on us by both Whites and Blacks we witness
At best, for us the glass that hold life's joy is only half full
but, least we are no longer...

The Eye in the Sky
In the endless sky above, where silent watchers play,
A thousand eyes, they never blink, just keep the dreamers at bay.
They’re tracing freedom’s footsteps, in the stars, they sway,
But under all this watchful eye, what dreams may come our way?
By night they march, the mighty, cloaked in shadows deep,
With gadgets in their grip, they blur the lines we try to keep.
In the name of peace, our secrets, into the darkness, they seep,
Under the gaze that holds us tight, where does the light sleep?
In the dance of shadows, where the whispered voices...
A thousand eyes, they never blink, just keep the dreamers at bay.
They’re tracing freedom’s footsteps, in the stars, they sway,

Your Brother In The Struggle
We came here as his chattel
sold on auction blocks like cattle
Our women he raped and disrespected
even today they remain unprotected
They laughed, smoked, ate and drank
while bodies of hung black men rotted and stank
Now shoot us like rabies carrying dogs in the street
or take us to jail after our heads they beat
It is sad to see
that after 300 years we are only semi-free
All these things in my mind I juggle
as I remain your Brother in the struggle
sold on auction blocks like cattle
Our women he raped and disrespected
even today they remain unprotected
They laughed, smoked, ate and drank
while bodies of hung black men rotted and stank
Now shoot us like rabies carrying dogs in the street
or take us to jail after our heads they beat
It is sad to see

All these things in my mind I juggle

Really?
Why don't you go and fuck yourself
Or better yet
How's about YOU on the front line
Lead by example
If you think for one second
That these corrupt
Kiddy fucking psychopaths
Give even the slightest care about dēmokratia
Freedoms equality diversity et al
Well the moons made of cheese
communism has a 100% success rate
Not even a drop of blood shed

"Not only have i betrayed you my dear"
"But ive given you syphilis, or gonorrhoea"
"Whilst ive been away fighting wars"
"I live for the day, and fucked a few whores"
"It was not only my gun, i held in my hands"
"My other weapon, got to fuck women from foreign lands"
He had gotten used to his fighting life
Then without a thought, strangled his wife
