That Purple Blob Named Grimace
Is he a taste bud or a milkshake?
Everyone loves that happy, purple blob Grimace
He's a McDonald character that loves milk shakes
Back when he debuted in 1971, he was called Evil Grimace
Evil Grimace was sinister
A villain who would steal milkshakes from children
He was mean, had four arms and no charm at all
Children were frightened
Some children believed if they ordered a milk shake, that evil Grimace would steal it out of their hands
The 4-armed Grimace was also a coke fiend
Besides stealing milk shakes and tormenting kids,...

It takes STEP BY STEP,
You don't have to RUSH,
Just take your TIME,
POSITIVITY IS A PLUS!!!
Just go about it GRADUALLY, and
Take it DAY BY DAY,
If you keep this up then,
You will be on your MERRY WAY!!!
JUST TAKE THINGS SLOWLY,
and IN DEGREES,
Once you have ADJUSTED,
you WILL FEEL AT EASE.
It will be MELLOW and
It will BE A BREEZE,
You got it now, and
YOU AIM TO PLEASE!!!
BE COURAGEOUS and
ENCOURAGE YOURSELF,
YOU HAVE ONE BODY, and
HEALTH IS WEALTH!!!
JUST...
You don't have to RUSH,
Just take your TIME,

For a person I used to know by name.
I am writing to see if you are well.

Omen
a winter solstice rainbow
appeared just as the Sun
broke through clouds while setting,
more than simply one,
two arcs of vibrant colours
from sky down to the ground -
an enchanted moment
with the omen that I found
as the daylight lingered
a little more that day
with a touch of spring as heather
in sunshine bloomed away
with a rainbows' promise
on a solstice day...
everything is alright
is what it came to say...

Find Yourself
Did you know, we are more than just flesh and bone?
We are also spiritual sentient beings,
We are in a voyage of the great unknown,
And finding wisdom, it can be very freeing.
But how do we find that what we do not know?
When we are vessels sailing in this odyssey,
Step one, create a map of where you want to go,
A timeline to assist you through this journey.
Step two, recognize that each of us is unique,
We’re all different and extraordinary,
Step three, find a new way of being so to speak,
Step four, ask what makes you happy and merry. ...
