Sunset
Drawn forth across our skies
Chariots of fire bleed within your eyes
Reflections of the day as it sets to die
Giving rise to a quiet murmur
Taking song amongst dusks calling
Ebbing towards defiant longing
A final wish to parts your lips
Is laid within ascending night
Cast in a light from the remnants of elements
Crowned with stars we lie between
Blooded skies and reddened embers
The burning leaves of trees
An echo of the scenes
A silent veil of day fades away
As shadows fingers strip with ease
The cage of bonds that...

Confessions Of A Poetess: Spread Across Your Sky
Split me apart, my fragments will scatter in repulsion,
I’ll go supernova heart.
Then you’ll see me light up your sky in streaks of borealii.
The love you make here will become the rain
percolating through the forests of your knarled mind.
Where, love that binds, engorging your envisionings
will carry you along in the shelter of your contritions.
Sense will remind as I spread to indemnity

Damnations damsel dampening in daydreams,

Unsung Threnody For A Well Sewn Hero
Bare skull and cross bones
existence on the peripheral
outskirts of poker flats
lives a slip of a man,
whereat he never felt deserving
accolades linkedin
with appeasement,
sans pat on back congrats,
asper bringing peace,
and tranquility to the
kingdom taken over
by trumpeting democrats,
without any armed
populace resorting,
(nor police present)
affecting a coup d'etat
(carried out
by military expats),
no...amazingly enough,

When spoken from the heart the words have meanings
One day the planets said is there anyone there in this Universe
Moon said I believe there is someone on this Earth
The birds said yes there are some creatures thrown out of the Heaven
Angels were surprised at this voice even the beings in the skies didn't know this secret creation
Who are these self centered and disobedient creatures on Earth that are better than us, said the Angels
They are so disrespectful that they don’t even remember their Lord
They are proud of their assets and riches but don’t even...

A DEEPER LAIR OF DREAMING (6-25-03, 4:00am, Galveston Island, Texas)
up at four a m
to get a drink
of water
nestled in the stillness
of this dark
quiet night
i look outside
my window
startled by the sight
as regimented
clouds of white
passing by above
bottom lit
from lights below
left on all night long
across this islands
semi illumined grid
of faceless
sleeping masses
creating this dramatic show
of nocturnal skies ...
to get a drink
of water

beach
fine white sand

toes
blue green
liquid horizon line
bluer sky
high
above it all
timelessly suspended
in such
elevated awe
at the animated
golden orchestration
of this
still unfolding
sun filled
sun born day
yes yes
this is all
i need today
it took
a lot
of energy
and motion
to bring me
to this place...
in the sun

Dreamy Tree
I stroll through the forest as I do everyday
Admiring the vibrant colors as Spring arrives
I sit down at my favorite spot underneath the shade
And watch the entire forest sparkle under the sunlight.
The birds chirp to their hearts content
And the deer feed on the grass calmly
This beautiful space seems to be under an enchantment
The absolute peace has my eyes drooping.
Suddenly my eyes snap open as the wind picks up
The sounds of nature have abruptly gone mute
As soon as I reach the next line of trees, the wind comes to an abrupt… ...
