Into the Missed

There's those
whose thoughts
are blues
as dots
that never
nowhere....
no,
not again.

Those were
the ones
who,
in my memory,
were perfection,
in all directions,
forever
new.

My last look
may not be
as stellar as
the sky
that birthed me,

but
I'm the same
as ever was....
even moreso.

tis a Rose  
birthed with the restlessness of love  
embedded in a purity so fragile..so delicate  
underappreciated..never reciprocated    
wandering alone unsheathed    
in a world amongst the misbegotten yet  
never to blend in a field of weeds  
   
a soul sojourner seeking truth beyond    
the mythos of sex and the hypes of society  
possessed with a type of propriety    
that unnerves the modern man..out of place    
hoping to reserve a space just for one  
   
coping with the pressures of time   ...

Deep in the eyes of those that can see
legends that are secretly
Leaders leading passionately
Are many like you and me

Lands and the waters of the realms
incites a writer's visions
From virtue books to endless films
In a population that clearly listens

Helping the weak to conquer strong
defines the hidden light
Transmitting words that are never wrong
Truly inspires even, the creatures of the night
