Hydrangeas
She was a good wife
Married for over 40 years
She was warm, considerate and always willing & able to help someone
Her talent was making beautiful, colorful gardens all around her property
She also donated her time to the arboretum
This year things have been different for her
She was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer
Her ability to work on the yard and create beautiful, majestic gardens have been impossible
She's very ill
She can't maneuver like she use to
Her husband doesn't have a green thumb
For the 1st time in over 40 years,...

Oh Happy Day
Oh sunny day welcomes me in
beautiful sunlit flowers smile up at me
while their tree guardians take note
the birds resting in their boughs
leaves rustling slightly
while their branches praise the blue
the sky reaches on forever
a home for the sun
The earth rotates lazily as the day progresses on
She is interactive, our mother
she gives as she receives
I notice that on days I'm stormy
and stomping out about the property
She will reach out and trip me
admonishing me to be kind
the energy I'm...

Eyes of the beholder
As there is still some beauty left in the world 🌎 there is still some people's heart, not change by the chaos and drama and confusion and madness. WHO take the time to admire the many flowers and inhale and exhale there beautiful scents. AS they stroll by the precious things in life. Just needing some gentle loving care and love and attention, to continue to grow and bloom in the fresh spring, weather of the coming of spring changing into a summer breeze as they bloom in the horizon sun 🌞 🪬 SHAMAN 🪬

Seasons Change, Do We ?
The mourning doves appeared today
I love their sound
It's a sign of Spring
Haunting
But
With hope ...

"~an epic in the making.."

(an inspired lyrical from this song link)
(intro verses)
an epic..
will you come & sing.. my breeze..
at this nascent dawning hours
of a newness flower in bloom..
this such pleasant now..
will it be embracing me..
a quizzical puzzle ..
is this future..
when the singing blue nightingale
becomes silent at this time..

False Flower
I was once a beautiful flower
Bursting with life
Petal were strong
Demanding all of you to keep me in your sight
Then one day, out of the blue
Another flower blooms
Right next to me, know who
I was in her shadow
I could not be seen
“Hey, I was here first.”
Why are you so mean?
Then a frost came
And she slowly started to go down
Why did it not affect me?
Why do I wear this frown?
She looked at me and with her last breath
Because we knew she was so close to death
“Do not be sad, you were...

of constellations and cosmos
celestial cinders casting
crystalline candescent confetti,
confessing their cravings for
carefree colourful cosmos-
whose corolla and calyx dancing
on choreography of the conjurers;
captivating the earthy constellations
with their colossal cerulean chaos;
cascading with a calm cadence
to caress those crusty creatures-
but
they already carry a covenant
to be the companions of earth...
a coveted chimerical chemistry
between the celestial and the carnal,
yet
cannot carve their
charismatic calligraphy

Too Intense
You're empathic
gentle & tender
sweet sensitive
compassionate
and creative yet
fragile vulnerable
eccentric cryptic
& complicated?
critics say you
are too intense
"difficult to love"
your lively being
can't be tamed &
you tried to change
adjust to society, its
crazy expectations
became voiceless
obedient & docile
let me tell you this
you my darling are
a magnificent orchid
precious and gorgeous ...

Satinpods
The honesty plants, standing still,
all sport a misty moonbeam glow
by quarter phase lunar halo
commanding her December chill
by hallowed fringe of sovereign gold
surrounded by a hint of peach
as if it had that tint to teach
these last few weeks of autumn cold,
where silver dollars, still standing,
are seemingly eager to earn
a lunar lesson where they learn
how to keep their coins blanding
and as transparent as a ghost...
where eidolon itself osmosed.
all sport a misty moonbeam glow

December Roses
You were there in the middle of the roses,
like a dragon that doesn't speak any language,
as if a cat had eaten your tongue,
as if at all costs you wanted
to learn the language of flowers...
and all the roses smelled of blood
and all the air circulated in veins...
you were there in the middle
of the reddest of crimsons.
Not even the blue of your eyes
could compete with it.
Only the deep black of your dreams
had the nerve to disguise itself
as a thorn among so many roses.
like a dragon that doesn't speak any language,
as if a cat had eaten your tongue,
as if at all costs you wanted
to learn the language of flowers...
and all the roses smelled of blood
and all the air circulated in veins...
you were there in the middle

Not even the blue of your eyes

had the nerve to disguise itself
as a thorn among so many roses.
