the infancy of TV in Norway
The infancy of TV in Norway
He came home early to see the news
on TV. After the news weather forecast
Then a bit of entertainment
a lady played the guitar and sang badly
end of TV for that day.
He cycled down to the nearest pub
they closed at eleven, the town only had 3
Uphill was more difficult.
On Sunday. the Tv was more lively
mass, sport and the Flint Stones.
Monday evening, film night, often
a dreary Polish film. Good night!!!

Eclipsed
The Earth sighs
At an unwritten silence
As the sun
Is eclipsed
Shadows fall
During a momentary moment
Of the false twilight
Nature stands still
Creatures fall silent
As if struck mute
At this strange eerie magic
And for a few minutes
Appear frozen
Like statues
Whilst the whole of humanity
Watches in awe
As the sun
Is now caught in the shade
Apart from a circle
Of golden light
Around the jet black ball
Of the moon
The twilight gradually evaporates
Under the looming
Crescent...
At an unwritten silence
As the sun
Is eclipsed
Shadows fall
During a momentary moment

Rivers in Heaven
rivers in heaven
torrents and streams
currents entwined
electric beams
twirling around
each other they go
a matrix of fibres
beyond what we know
tying together
pulling apart
Z-pinch creating
each stellar heart
feeding with currents
ions that flow
through helio-bubbles
to anode's glow -
much more than empty
space is alive
with electric currents
by which we survive
not just our smartphones
nor our tvs
electric currents
power our needs...

Dear Pluto
Do you think Pluto ever gets lonely?
Do you think they look towards the rest
And wonder why they're all alone?
What would Pluto say if they could speak?
Would they just point to the heart ocean of ice
Spread sweetly across their rocky surface
Do you think Pluto ever thinks about itself?
So cold and far away, the color of rust and charcoal greys
Do you ever think about Pluto?

Hollowness.
There was at one time
The Hollow Earth Theory.
Fascinating stuff.
They may have been looking
In the wrong direction.
It is in fact
The Hollow Universe.
We are in a huge shell
Flying around in the midst
Of other eggshells.

Supermassive Black Holes, And How To Use Them
Yesterday
As i took my
My rubbish to the bins
I discovered
Much to my surprise
A supermassive black hole
Had appeared on my doorstep
Accompanied by
A variety of galaxies
Exo planets
And star forming regions
Thinking on my feet
I thought this will save me
Walking to the bin
And thence
Threw all my rubbish
Into the supermassive black hole
Wondering
If this may perhaps
Be a possible solution
To off-loading all the crap
That's currently around us
So maybe NASA
Could design

Lost In Space
When i try to comprehend infinity
It kind of blows my mind
As i try to unravel the myriad layers
Knowing its birth, i shall never find
I often think on how it began
Its comprehension is beyond me
As i delve deeper, and deeper
I could search, for all eternity
Apparently, outer space is expanding
Into what, i have no idea
If space has an end
What lies on the other side, is unclear
It's been a puzzle to me
For the entirety of my life's trend
As i cannot define, or understand
That infinity, seemingly, has...
It kind of blows my mind

Lies 26,000 light years away
This Supermassive Black Hole, to see
Lies in the centre, of our Milky Way Galaxy
Cannibalistic chaos
Time, stands still, and unfound
Like a hungry hippo
Feasting on all around
With siblings
Floating around other galaxies
A myriad of distant darknesses
Sculpturers of space, creating their odysseys
