we are trying
to feel, and it would
kill you
for the most part...
a slight
hollow chest
has made its fill
and reverbs
as a trilling cat's
cradle, our materialized
lasso, the red eye's twine
... lift off and let us pull in
and drag
another moon
to feel, and it would

Jupiter Series: II, Transitions
Because I have the body of Jupiter
after the sweep dwell of light
that has steeped far past a babble,
past the superseding of emotions
and shambolic philosophy,
past snapped bonds
and savage poses of the loved, these
who fought with shares of knowledge
are just as in the dark
as when I switch off the light
and left topless frozen
by the nothingness as sight
must solve to the silvery
flopping feelings
in the glowing dark, we pause,
shaky...

Jupiter Series: IV, Wishes of a Giant
I am so turned around the sun
that rises dim. There is water found
everywhere else. My parts always moving;
a dream of inertia echoing in the streaks.
Time travel by plankton, motor, and taxes,
mountains blessed by a lackadaisical sun’s hand,
confection of gold, burned by stars at night
intricating the layers of shark-teeth and snow in a cool array.
My body bloomed from their sharpness, the wishes
in an arrear of berries in a stream
sending off their bright color- a message,
forwarded wards of my spun state- for the...

druid observations
winter is summer
the same tree pushed under coastal ice
and then dense by hazelnuts
the windshield gets a scraping
almost blinding a curve
both times all times uncovered
of unrelenting freeze and unrelenting life
spring is fall
the branch appoints itself
as a moonwalker leaping for the sun
one slow fraction of a second
bearing happily its lull
also cast off by a pull
ying and yang it cracks
it stretches it scarfs it loosens
the same person rises ...

The Universe
The universe is wide.
With stars,sparkly and bright.
That illuminates the night.
And erases all of our fright.
No matter the length or height.
We always look at it as an incredible sight.
Blue,purple,black.
There isn't anything the universe does lack.
Now,let me loud and clear.
The universe is the reason we are here.
With stars,planets,space.
The galaxies dance in grace.
Like dark,magical lace.
That puts a smile on your face.
With nightlights far away.
In our memory and existence,it does...

Jupiter Series: I, Wherewithal
Space is capable of movement
despite having no body
and is read as connecting carbon
-dating of events. It takes a part
in what is inherent opposite
in some tangible thing else; everything
but itself moves at the speed
of years and when a fin first takes
to land Space follows. Its tool
must be the fanciful shovel
or the hitch. Space inhales
in the unfettered hand. It also
informs us of distance about “yeh big”
by the eye that uncovers the cellular,
an amendable amiable discourse ...

Complicity in the Stars
When fragile
things collide
into constellations,
when struck
the glass volleys
off graphite.
At once
nothing like it was,
a container un-becomes
itself,
several imparts meet
the meat of a thigh.
Sharp transparent
hubris of life
finishes on tile,
sharp beading red dwarves
upon skin,
these are
the collusions
of nightly fragility.

FIELD OF LILIES
Rays of the sun
Light of the moon
Glow of the stars
Are you...
You light my world with your radiant smile
My world is engulfed by your universe
Your rays of sunshine fall on me
Every time I look your way
You are my dream come true
My prayer for a good man answered
You are a breath of fresh air
From the pollutant world I lived in.
You've taught me what's it like to love
And to be loved in return.
You are my precious angel

The Shepherd's Hour
The Shepherd's Hour
The moon is red on misty horizon
Within a dancing fog, and the plains
In vapor dozing, the frog complains
Among the reeds, where chill has arisen
***
Water flowers have closed their petals
In distance far, poplars show profile
Straight and tight their ghosts unseen awhile
And between the bush, glowworms shuttle
**
The owls now awake, noiseless take flight
Rowing the black air with heavy wings
The zenith full, a fainting glow blinks
White, Venus emerges, it is Night *

Moon's Day Out
Yesterday was,
I freely admit,
one of the most
fulfilling days
of my existence.
I had tons of fun
in front of the Sun
For four blessed minutes
I took center stage
blocking that gas balls
braggadocious rays.
Granted, without his
warmth and light
would no living
organism survive.
But, hey, I'm important too
Am I not the prince tides?
Could you see
the birds go crazy
and the humans shout
when I blocked the big guy out?
Man I felt such happiness
blanketing the
world in darkness. ...

A Sonnet for The Solstice
Here we are at winter's solstice
where it's tough to stay warm and dry.
Yet some things from summer I will not miss
such as the lazy bumble fly.
Or excessive auto exhaust.
Or thorns on blackberry vines.
And roadkill, by Goodyear tire embossed,
whereon that bumble fly dines.
Such scenes on hot August asphalt
make summer such a wretched thing,
like that whole humidity gestalt
with all of its hidrosis cling!
The best time on the calendar, or clocks,
is either one, or the other...equinox!

Devil's Trip
When my sun comes down
a crimson cosmos astounds
i appear with winter's wind
I'm free as summer's sin
sing a song this mourning
telling tales of warning
purple clouds, demon bubbles
cosmic dreams, strangers in trouble
to die is to wake at the strike of twelve
he welcomes us all to the gates of hell
a crimson cosmos astounds
i appear with winter's wind
I'm free as summer's sin
