Valentine's Day
When you've opened your card from hallmark,
And eaten your breakfast in bed,
When you've shared out the last of the chocolates
And all the roses are dead,
When the stars in the heavens are lost to our sight
And the churches have washed away,
You will still own my heart completely
And today will be Valentine's Day.
For our love is not made out of paper
Nor cocoa, nor petals, nor light.
Our love is composed of an infinite force
Which occurs when I hold you tight.
That love will outlast any doctrine
Any hymns or...

Lord Of The Ance
went along to a valentines dance
wore my traditional kilt: No pants
looking for a loving glance
perchance a little romance
internal meditational chants
positivity I tried to enhance
not worried by extra finance
doing doughnuts on the dance floor expanse
Like a gigolo hailing from France
who could resist my charming advance?
EVERBODY!!
I have a memory like elephants
and a mind as sharp as a lance
no need for memory transplants
in life only suffering it grants
live the life of old maiden aunts
in my mind...

My MiDniGhT VaLeNtiNe
You are the melody I put on repeat before entering into a deep sleep..
where in one way or another the two of us always agree to meet..
..then partake in the wondrous themes of my many nighttime dreams..
silly as it may sound and seem..
I know my dreams to be a real place..
simply of a different frequency..
a place where the God that is me..
sees, know and loves the Goddess that is you..
on this plane of existence we play without limitations;
dance, swim and make love in our imaginative manifestations..

MY VALENTINE'S DAY
It's now Valentine..
but I feel blue
Because you aren't mine
I just don't have you
Everyone is red...
Happy with someone
I feel so dead
Where has your love for me gone?
Why I have to be like this?
The torture that is......
All around holding a rose
All around getting a kiss
All so snuggly close...
I feel like I'll drown in it's immortal abyss
I get only your silence...
The best thing I get

My Chosen Valentine
Protecting ourselves
is the natural response
to a Universe of experience:
stories we don’t tell—
scars we won’t reveal
hidden vulnerabilities
Choose Love anyway;
it purges negativity—
not that of a judge or critic
taking offense at storms
blowing back in their face;
but, from your own heart
Empty your innermost coffers
as a gift to others—
then refill for yourself
Balance is the footpath
of Universal Love

Sometimes you don't know who you are
and trust can be so hard ...and I should know
