It was not enough time.
Crime; what a harsh reality, is it not?
Taut my feelings,
dealing with this unapologetic distance.
Existence is feeling questionable.
Full of whys and what-ifs.
Cliff face diving, with my eyes closed, into love.
Shoving no parachute for safety;
free falling into what lies beneath.
Teeth waiting in shark-infested waters.
Slaughter of me is inevitable.
Pull this misfortunate together,
never meant to survive this fall.
Recall the height at which water becomes cement.
Lament nothing because you...

there like a voyeuristic siren lingering
as a perpetual undercurrent
riding carrier waves between casual conversations
always tempting the movement of
her tongue
he had specific plans for her
he wanted her painted in a certain way
to be receptive to this avalanche of unspoken literature

Ding. The sound that makes my heart jump.
Is it him?
The sudden rush of endorphins as I pick up my phone to see his name in black and white.
The ding of hope. The ding of lust.
The exchange of naughtyisms and innuendos lead to more fantasies spoken and we just can't stop.
3000 miles away there's nothing we can do to shut down these feelings but self pleasure.
... and the sound of your voice makes it so easy to achieve a massive flood and an ache inside my body that yearns to feel yours. God do I need to feel yours.

Did you find me?
I’m there with you, or at least you’re here with me.
As I moved closer to your voice, the vibration got stronger.
And now, you’re always here with me.
But just out of reach.
Like a lost thought that plagues the mind hopelessly trying to retrieve it.
I hope you found me there when you unpacked your belongings.
Did you invite me to help you populate your new space?
Did I burst into your room like a spirit being released.
Maybe you nodded to me as you put each thing in it’s new place, reassembling your life.
I’m there...

The Wraith of You
A gentle presence felt,
a shiver uncontrollably dealt,
flashes of movement in the corner of my eye,
how these visits bring my tears,
and sooth my mind,
knowing I'm not alone,
when you vanished I wished to die,
but my hands refused to move,
the knife unused,
then,
I madly ran,
demons feeding on pain,
but you pulled me from the abyss,
and held me from the edge,
offering love instead,
but loss filled rage possessed my soul,
I wanted no part of serenity,
so I fought you,
tried to cast you...

This book doesn’t come fully assembled, it’s just a book. I have to take time to fold and create. My focus is all into this book.
And once it’s finished I was proud and appreciative of how it turned out. You think I just say things to you just to say it? Do you ever think out of anyone in this world, why I’m stuck on you?
Does that scare you, depress you, annoy you? I feel it in me and that’s all I can say. I feel emotions that moves me in any direction positive or negative.
I say I want you and I mean it. I can’t force you to feel the same way or make it...
And once it’s finished I was proud and appreciative of how it turned out. You think I just say things to you just to say it? Do you ever think out of anyone in this world, why I’m stuck on you?
