Because I Love You
You walk into a room,
and you see the door smack your back
Never once would you believe,
that you now need to leave
Then you fall through the wall,
no escape, as you begin to crawl
You decide there's an easier way,
this is how you're life will change, for you
Some people say that I'm alone... yeah!
They can't understand the reason why...yeah!
When the bell of my heart rings,
I'll know what to sing
That is why I sing to you,
because that I love you
All these feelings I know are true...
and you see the door smack your back
Never once would you believe,
that you now need to leave
Then you fall through the wall,

My Snowflake Lover
This is something that was not planned
The moment you stood there and took my hand
I recall it well...
T'was the day the first snow fell
I was trembling inside, you see
I wasn't sure you were willing to be
With me on these cold winter nights
As I made love to you in the firelight
We both have a few years on us yet
Romance will never die with us, pet
You're so cute in the spring, such full of heart
Does your flavor then shift from sweet to tart?
You laugh and play as you allow me in

dawns
seductive numbness is unobtainable for me
I've exalted people and made them my idols
regain the truth there are no romantic facts
love is meant to be found
then lost to really understand pain
fictitious beast so dazzling to look at
so comforting to rely on
synchronicity comes in and stirs the lust
true love is tested again and again
then it is taken away
perhaps it was never deserved
but a gift to be understood
cruelty I know you well
each of us are on a journey
memories of past lives flicker ...
I've exalted people and made them my idols

Because He Believes
in me, I regenerate
rise above the disbelief
shredding my solar plexus
Scale concrete walls of jealousy;
their barbed wire teeth snapping
at the happiness of my experience
Venus fly trapped throng
macabre cyber tongues starving
for an offering of bone and blood;
crumbs discarded by Love
Because he leads, I digest
the view, breathtaking journey
of growing togetherness
Stately Bradfords
over dogwood cherry;
the prime of fruitfulness
shedding winter dormancy

THE WONDER OF LONGING
EXCITING
I have discovered
an amazing truth and
feeling that I guess
I have known all along
BUT
now has become a
beautiful reality that
fills my senses with
overflowing thoughts
and desires for
YOU.
It's the wonder of
LONGING.
Yes! I've learned
that absence, if only
for a few minutes,makes
love and desire grow
STRONGER.
Longing to see your
eyes, face, smile, and

soft sweet lips and

IN THE HOLDING OF OUR HANDS
In the holding of our hands we express how deeply our lives entwine at the physical level, and more.
We express how strongly we belong with each other, you are all my world, when I hang onto you I show I hang onto everything about you, everything you say.
Above all we express the trust we have for each other, I'm not going to let you go, you won't let me go, we will carry each other linked heart and soul through all that life throws at us. In times of pain and uncertainty, and of enjoyment, I know you will grasp me for dear life, and I you.

Salty diamonds of her soul
I so want to decorate her dreams
To restore the vibrance of her desires, faded colors
Revive her faith in a bright future
And life, at least for some time
Maybe then I will smooth out the wrinkles
Flaws on the skin, faith and happiness
But how can I have time to do all this
After all time is merciless, quickly flies
Spiritual wounds, injections of pain
Have turned reminders of life into illness
How can I cure her from adversity
So that wellness can flow through the veins again
I want to return the radiance of her...

After
Kiss me in the afterglow
Of passions throes
Slick, sleek, and wet
Of love wrought sweat
Churned from frothy lust in ardent gasps
Words rent from delicious kisses with panting rasps
Time standing still, out of focus, musky and torrid
As we lay achingly entwined and florid
You softly melded into the melt of me
Left of the fire of your love set free
Your hair damp ringlets on my chest
My hand still longing upon your breast
Just let me breath you in
My love and favorite sin
And kiss you again
And more hungerly, again
