I have felt this strongly the last week as I stayed away from this place. Looking at our world and seeing a very distinct line drawn between the haters of the world and those seeking peace and appreciating the beauty we get to explore.
Strong words of truth delivered with your signature flair!

This was absolutely fantastic. And I love the use of the banner, and the I Ching at the beginning. I've consulted it many times myself.

I love this poem! It made me cry, because last night I posted a badly photoshopped image of myself to cover how I realy look. Well, today you can see what I really look like! I always thought I have a fat face and an ugly nose, so I figured wearing a mask of sorts would make people like me better. But after talking to Jessica earlier, I felt braver and decided to put up an acual REAL photo of how I look. I still feel funny, it's like being naked really... but I am happy to be telling the truth now, at last. Your poem reminded me of that, and of how important honesty really is. Thanks for the reminder, Gypsy. I'm putting you as one of my favorite poets now. :D

Lauren I am humbled an honored that my piece gave you the courage to be yourself and the clarity to understand why it is so important, if someone cannot accept you at you worst then they do not deserve you at your best! No one is perfect it is our class that make us interesting and most important ...human.:-)

Oh, Gypsy! Lauren told me all about this poem and how inspiring it was to her (she is like a daughter to me, so wer'e close)... and so I just HAD to come and read it for myself. I loved it, very, very much! All your poems are delightful, but this one was very true and had the power of that truth within every word. The visual style was nicely done too! I love it when you blend the visuals with the poetry like this to create a truly transcendant work of art. You're always one of the best of the best!
