The End Result of Hate

 When people are hated for who they are,
Left in a position of inequality and seeking justice from afar.
Not recognizing any worthiness in self coming from within,
Forever in a state of self-doubt and never thinking you can win.
This eventually leads to dependence, no vision, no goals or no guides,
Will manifest the defects we now see coming out from all sides.
Hatred begets hatred, ignorance and stagnation,
When not properly addressed, it consumes present and future generations.
Today we are now witnessing The End Result of Hate,
Misinformed from lies of the past, peace and truth will have to wait.
Leaders tend to ignore and not learn from the mistakes of the past,
Compromise and tolerance and needed to make it last.
Why is a word that will begin the dialogue, explaining the actions we do,
That great virtue called patience allowing the truth to come through.
Where there’s a will, we will find our way and the freedom we all desire,
It’s needed in our lives today to resolve this hateful fire.
The End Result of Hate is happening throughout the world now,
Wars upon wars, corrupt governments, spiritual guidance show us how.
It’s gonna take a miracle to turn this thing around,
Regardless of religious belief we need a foundation that’s sound.
