Aberration of Starlight

 
 
Belonging nowhere and to no one
I tend to roam
 
looking for trouble, I often find it
lurking about in the dark
 
I do not allow the sun to beat upon my flesh
only the light of the moon shall grace my being
 
even that at times is to much
I prefer the blackest night
 
I don't feel like getting into celestial mechanics
lets just say I have a gravitational attraction to this earth
 
maybe I was once a star
maybe I burned out
 
maybe I am a dark nebula
maybe I am a lot of things
 
maybe your solar system is a galactic cannibal
maybe your solar system destroyed mine
 
whatever my reason
I am here  
 
I am not leaving anytime soon
a celestial event is coming
 
a sort of nucleosynthesis
mixed with a little Subduction  
 
either way it wont be good
but it will be dark
