Puzzle Pieces
All of the missing puzzle pieces
that get away and “go on without the rest”
are searching for their matching pieces
because the puzzle they came from,
isn’t always the right puzzle,
with the right piece,
and that right piece could be anywhere,
so those stray pieces run,
to find their soul-mate!

A great poem, and an excellent metaphor for a person who is different and searching for a real love in a world where one does not always fit in with eveyone and eveything else! This is how a person's soul is, more often than not. I like the honesty of this poem very, very much indeed! Thank you for posting something so profound.
