Sweet Perfection.
She vanishes like a puff of smoke,
the last thing I see, those eyes.
She can pretend she isn't beautiful,
but she knows it's just a lie.
I love to make her blush,
but I know she loves another....
I'm not trying to replace that,
now that my feelings are uncovered.
These words will never be enough,
Aphrodite could never compete.
She's fairly divine and glorious,
I'm lucky we got to meet.
If I had the chance,
I might show her what love really is.
I know I might steal her heart,
with one gentle kiss.
the last thing I see, those eyes.
She can pretend she isn't beautiful,
but she knows it's just a lie.
I love to make her blush,
but I know she loves another....
I'm not trying to replace that,
now that my feelings are uncovered.
These words will never be enough,
Aphrodite could never compete.
She's fairly divine and glorious,
I'm lucky we got to meet.
If I had the chance,
I might show her what love really is.
I know I might steal her heart,
with one gentle kiss.
