Can I Kiss You?

Can I kiss you?
It's only because I’m curious.
My mind's entranced by the way
you move your lips.

Can I kiss you, please?
It will be quick to quench my need.
Once it happens, you do not have to...

Can I kiss you now?!
My tongue wants to play with yours.
Say no, and I will ask no more.
That's a lie...
Say no and I will triple my efforts!

Can we kiss each other?

Last night I dreamt of you and how it would be.
You moved in slowly as I held my breath.
I was like a child receiving a gift,
The anticipation bursting -
Then you said,
I always wanted to know how soft your lips were.
Gently, you placed them on mine.
I felt the race of your heart on the palm of my hand.

Venturing more exploratory,
You traced your tongue across my mind -
Parting it, allowing access.
Worshiping how heavenly you sucked my top lip,
I sucked lower -
Revelling in the sweet taste of wine and each other.

Sliding back on the couch, you followed,
Delving deeper, taking your time.
Moaning into your mouth from this slow kiss,
Naturally I wanted more!

Yet, tonight was not about the speed,
Or the urgency...

It was about the moment -
The sharing and intermingling of passion.
