Unrequited
If the world could see your requited love,
they'd see the strength of a newborn kitten.
The voice of a butterfly
A fistless knock on a door
A dandelion in the wind
They'd laugh at your whisper shouts,
The moving clothing with no body inside.
Your will as imposing as a deathbed patient's.
And they'd think they were seeing you.
But they'd be wrong.
they'd see the strength of a newborn kitten.
The voice of a butterfly
A fistless knock on a door
A dandelion in the wind
They'd laugh at your whisper shouts,
The moving clothing with no body inside.
Your will as imposing as a deathbed patient's.
And they'd think they were seeing you.
But they'd be wrong.
