people try to live
their lives by trying
to please others in
little things and large
things. Others become
the temperature that
register on their happiness
and joy thermometers.

I'm not advocating a disdain
for the opinions of others but
I will not let them have power
over whether I have joy, acceptance,
or involvement in certain forms
of sexual pleasuring and pursuits
within honest and legal bounds.
THE
opinions and remarks of others
have no power over me unless
I choose to let it. This is why in
a real sense of sanity what others
may or may not think about me
is none of my business, and
I know it's converse too.
FREEDOM
from external control is an
