I totally agree. I get super excited and wreck myself. hahaha
But I had this crazy trippy dream/vision and had to write it down.

Plum purple night. Love that image. 17 beaches! Sounds divine. Each stanza is a mini gem of agita provoking thoughts I can totally relate. But then you say beaches and it sucks that agita right out and away. It’s all going to be glorious once you’re there and together. Relatable write, I wish a safe trip and fun times together. H🌷

Plum purple is a great color. I think it's a great color substitution for black. It gives it some texture - if that makes sense. Gives it some shade.
When I don't sleep very well my whole day is thrown off.
I took this write to the extreme and thought about mirages.
My imagination took off from there:)

The imagery of this is beautiful! I'm happy you get to see your love once again. Separation is taxing, but they say the distance does one of two things: it extinguishes the weak or inflames the strong. I'm betting on the latter for you two!

I'm sure you've noticed I love imagery. All venues of art are so inspiring to me because it comes from a creative extension from within.  
(As I wrote that an octopus popped into my mind - no joke!!)

Poetry is my own way of painting someone's mind so to speak.  
Taking them along with me with each stanza:)  
It's as close to actual painting I can get.

Wanted to try some painting and expand my mind for a moment.

Wanted to paint some mirages and make it super cool at the same time.

  I think I like the authors note just as much. Hey, maybe your next write after your visit, you can write about how stars are like diamonds!?  Too cliche?
  I love how original you see when you write.  Your details are always unique and never cliche, the same as you in real life. You're one of a kind at both, and it's part of why I love you!
  This write is so cleverly done. Lots of precise details that I can relate to. Thank you for the smiles for my face.

I try to keep things fresh. Challenge myself with original ideas.
It's okay to have the same theme but needs to have a different spin.
Love and missing you seems to be my theme at the moment. haha

You motivate me daily to strive to get published. I'm working on it!!

I hate odd numbers though, Adelphina! Funnily enough, I don't mind the number 5 cos it never felt odd to me as it was always 'halfway'. I'm strange like that! ;-)
