DOOMED
Two people worked on 42nd Street
She was a prostitute, He was a Gigolo
Their lives were all fucked up
Working the streets as full-time ho's
Surrounded by fleabag motels
VD was always a threat
Their drug use was active
Lurking each corner was death
She was raped numerous times
Some girl tried to cut off his dick
No one gave a fuck about them
The clients they've encountered were real sick
They both tried to escape
No such luck you know
Their lives have now ended
The trials & tribulations of being a ho.

Dude at a young age we lived in a very nice complex and ninety percent of the residents were students. We wasn't a student, but we was taught on another level. The majority of the residents were strippers and and they taught and encouraged us. Please never look down your nose at anyone, stripping or prostituting are simply stages like depression or anxiety, Tight

Not looking down towards them but an observation of what I saw on 42nd street back in the late 80's, early 90's. I took what I saw and added some fiction to it. Thanks for reading.
