Damsel in Distress
She was a damsel, soft and fair,
With a gentle voice, a mild air.
We met by surprise, love took its cue,
Until that night, when passion grew.
She turned into a tigress bold,
A force within, a story untold.
Overwhelmed, by her passionate whim,
In love's embrace, we started to swim.
Now I am the gentle, she's untamed,
In her wild spirit, love is framed.
I am the mild, she continues to beguile,
In this dance of love, mile after mile.
In wonder I ponder, who was the rescue,
For now, it seems, a plan well in view.
Roles ever-changing, a love that's true,
A story of us, in shades of every hue.
