Desperate To Hide

Palms begin to sweat as hands start to shake
Heart races as my lips begin to quiver in fear
Panic setting in as I stare at the ground
Desperate to hide the raging fear I keep buried within
To afraid to of the consequences of asking for help
People will think it's a Desperate game
That I am only seeking attention
I'm acting like a pathetic fool unable to control myself
My aniexty forces those lies down my throat
Choking unable to fill my lungs with air
I need help I need someone to see me
I'm panicking I'm panicking my brain screams the sirens loud
Growing dizzy I need to sit down before I collapse
Stomach is churning I think I'm going to be sick
Please God won't you send someone to help me
