anytime anywhere someone can wake
slip out of time, float on a lake
drift along on a warm sunny day
out of time, out of mind, floating away

into and out of the place in between
when wide awake and when in a dream
door to euphoria, utopia's home
portal to knowing that no one's alone

no one is everyone, you and me too
no one is anyone who comes into view
anytime, anywhere even alone
we are together, together we roam

moment by moment, breath by each breath
tomorrow becomes what yesterday's left
into and out of the inbetween
into the present's sparkling stream

minute by minute, hour by hour
day after day time has the power
to drift along slowly, or zipzap be gone
to disappear unseen, no ding or dong

moment by moment, breath by each breath
tomorrow becomes what today's left
mixed with forever's perpetual rain
of every day seeming so much the same...
