My first job in broadcasting was answering audience mail for a major television network.
My title was Reader/Coder.  People would send impassioned letters often accusing the network of bias.  Often they received a form letter which was printed on a card.  I still remember the codes and this was many moons ago.   The form letters remains etched in my mind ...
